When you open VideoScribe, the software checks the startup files located in your VideoScribe Desktop folder. If an incorrect file is present this can cause issues.
After entering your login details, a white screen with the blue VideoScribe logo is displayed but the software becomes unresponsive.
This can be caused by VideoScribe not being able to access the folder where the images are stored in the VideoScribe Desktop folder.
This was resolved in version 3.5.2-13. Please update to the latest version of VideoScribe for the best possible VideoScribe experience.
