You can cancel your subscription at any time after your first payment has been taken, and up to three business days before your next scheduled payment.
NOTE: Once you have canceled your subscription, you will still be able to use VideoScribe up until the time the next payment would have been due.
Step 1: Log into your account on the VideoScribe website.
- Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab
This will load one of 2 pages depending on how you paid for your subscription

A small number of people will have an older subscription from previous payment partners and will see other options. If you have any questions or need assistance please raise a ticket.
Option 1
Click the 'Cancel subscription' button under the active subscription.
- Click 'Yes, Cancel' to confirm your cancellation
- Once confirmed, you will see 'Cancel completed successfully' displayed and an email will be sent confirming the cancellation.
IMPORTANT: If you do not receive an email it could mean your cancellation was not successful. Please contact support for assistance.
Option 2
Click the link under ‘Active Subscriptions’. This will redirect you to our partner Fast Spring so you can cancel your subscription. Proceed with the steps below.
- Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ Tab
- Drop down the ‘Manage’ menu
- Click ‘Cancel Subscription’
- Click ‘Yes’ on the confirmation window
Your subscription will now show as canceled on the screen. Your account email address will also receive a confirmation email, please keep this for your records.
IMPORTANT: If you do not receive an email it could mean your cancellation was not successful. Please contact support for assistance.
