Trying to publish your video directly to YouTube and having a problem? Here are some options to help...
NOTE: There were some key changes to the publishing options in v3.6 of VideoScribe.
Publishing directly to YouTube is no longer available. Some changes have been made to the way you "allow permissions" to publish to your YouTube channel and we have had to remove this feature from the publishing options.
But don’t worry! You can still publish your videos locally and then manually upload them to YouTube/
- If you do not know how to publish a local file, see Option 1 on our publish and share scribes help page.
- If you are using an earlier version of VideoScribe, the YouTube option will still appear, though you will not be able to click on any of the buttons or links displayed on the screen after selecting the YouTube button.
- You can press 'Esc' to exit this screen and publish your project locally instead. Once you have a local copy of your video you can then manually upload this to your channel via YouTube.
If you need any assistance with any of the above or have further questions please raise a support ticket. If you’re not currently using VideoScribe 3.6 or above, you can upgrade to the latest version here.
