Don't worry! Simply follow these steps to reset your password...
Please note: If you have forgotten which email address is linked to your VideoScribe account, please contact support for assistance. The steps on this page will only work if you know your account email address.
Step 1: Click here to go to the reset password page.
Step 2: Type the email address used for your Sparkol account (A) then click ‘SEND’ (B).
Step 3: A code (C) and a link to reset your password (D) will be sent to your email address. You need to copy the code, then click the link.
- Your reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you have waited more than 24 hours please start again at Step 1.
- Link not working? Try copying & pasting the link into your browser instead.
Step 4: On the webpage loaded by the link. Enter the code you copied from the email (E), your new password (F) and confirm the password again (G). Then click the ‘SET PASSWORD’ button (H).
TIP: If you are having any problems setting a password, please check the full password requirements to make sure they are being met.
Step 5: You will be taken to the login page. Enter your email address and your recently changed password then click ‘login’ (I) to access your account.
