Step 1: Type in the email address used for your Sparkol account and click ‘Send’
Step 2: A code and a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address. You need to copy the code, then click the link.
- Your reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you have waited more than 24 hours please start again.
- Link not working? Try copying & pasting the link into your browser instead.
Step 3: Confirm your details:
- Enter in your email address
- Paste in the code from your email
- Type in your new password
TOP TIP: The password requirements will turn green when your password meets the requirement
You’ll then be prompted to log in to your Sparkol account with your new password.
