All three tiers of Solution Packages include professional development workshops for your team.
Professional development workshops are custom-created for you by our Sparkol Academy team, following a consultation call with you to determine your goals and objectives. Looking to maximize the animation skills of your team? We can show you how. Looking for ways to better integrate video communication across your organization? We can show you that too.
The amount of workshop time you have access to depends on the Solution Package you opt for:
- Fast Track - 1x half day (3hrs)
- Enterprise - 1x full day (6 hrs) For optimal participant engagement, we recommend this time is broken up into 3 x 2hr sessions, but the time can be spent however you choose.
- Premium - 2x full days (12 hrs) For optimal participant engagement, we recommend this time is broken up into 6 x 2hr sessions, but the time can be spent however you choose.
We recommend a maximum of 10 people per session and a full day of training for each group of 10. This is in the interest of each team member getting the most out of their training part of the solution package. We are of course flexible and happy to recommend options based on your team size and requirements.
