Library images will not preview or load

This article tells you what to do if images in the VideoScribe library repeatedly won't preview or load.

PLEASE NOTE: Before you follow any of the instructions below, back-up all premium images that you have bought in VideoScribe by saving them into a project. This will ensure that you can access them again in the future.

Delete history in the 'Add image' window.

  • Open VideoScribe and create a new scribe
  • Click 'Add an image to the canvas' (A).
  • Right-click one of your recently used images
  • Select 'Clear history' (B).
  • If this does not solve the issue or you are unable to load the ‘Add image’ screen, you will need to delete your recently used images from your computer.
