If you haven't received your signup email or a different email that you were expecting, it may have been wrongly sorted into your spam folder. This article will tell you what to do.

  • If possible, please add Sparkol to your list of safe senders to ensure that our emails get through.
  • If you are having trouble receiving emails in your place of work or school because of a firewall, please ask your network administrator to whitelist emails from *@sparkol.com.
  • If you have previously unsubscribed from our marketing list and would like to opt back in please change your mailing preferences.
