Publish and share projects

VideoScribe for your browser will let you publish your project as a video, a GIF or a link that you can share!

Clicking the ‘Share’ button will let you choose from the following options:

  • Create preview link
This creates a link you can share allowing people to view your video online without needing to download the video. This is a great option if your team needs to review your video, or if your video is not yet complete. Copy the link to your clipboard and share away!

Please note: Anyone can use the preview link to preview your video, no sign-in is required. The preview link page will no longer be accessible if your subscription ends.

  • Download as video or GIF
    • MP4 - an MP4 video file rendered in 1080p HD
    • GIF - an animated image that will replay on a loop for eternity

Clicking ‘Start Download’ will begin the rendering process and as if by magic, your masterpiece will appear in your browser's Downloads folder when complete.

You can hide the download window whilst your project is rendering. This will not cancel the render or download. Remember, there is a limit of 15 video downloads per day.

Pro tip: There is a 15-minute limit to the length of video you can create. GIFs are limited to the first 15 seconds of your project.

Please note: A rendered video file won't contain any of your project data. If you wish to go back to your project and edit it in future, you will need to keep a copy of the project in your projects list.
