Password attempts exceeded

For your security, your account will be blocked for a short period following 8 failed login attempts.

If you've made eight incorrect attempts to log into VideoScribe for your desktop, you will see the error message "Password attempts exceeded". This will lock your account temporarily for 5 minutes.

You must wait five minutes and then try entering your login details again.

• Please double-check that the email address you are entering is correct and that you do not have CAPS lock or NUM lock enabled on your keyboard when entering your password. 
• If the issue persists, you can reset your account password here. If you need help doing so, you can read this article.
