This Instant Answer shows you how to update your billing information on the VideoScribe website
Step 1: Log into your account on the VideoScribe website and select the Billing tab
- This will load one of 2 pages depending on how you paid for your subscription

A small number of people will have an older subscription from previous payment partners and will see other options. If you have any questions or need assistance please raise a ticket.
Option 1
Click the ‘Change payment information’ button under the 'Payment information' section.
- Fill in the required details and select ‘Save changes’
To update your billing address, click the ‘Addresses’ tab
- Untick the box ‘Same as personal address’
- Fill in the required details and select ‘Save changes’
- These updates will apply to future subscription charges, they will not update past payments and invoices.
- If you need to change your personal address as well, please raise a ticket
Option 2
Click the link under ‘Payment Method’. This will redirect you to our partner Fast Spring so you can edit your billing and payment details. Proceed with the steps below.
- To add a new payment method click the 'Account Details and Payment Method’ tab and click the ‘Add Payment Method’ button. Pick a payment type and follow the instructions to add your new details.
- To remove an existing payment method click the ‘Manage’ button next to those payment details and select ‘Remove’.
- To update the name, company information or address click the ‘Edit’ button in the Your Profile section. Edit as required and click ‘Save’ to save the changes.
These updates will apply to future subscription charges, they will not update past payments and invoices.
