Check out how to apply different animations to your elements on the canvas
You can apply three different animation types to your elements on the canvas:
- Entrance animation
- Emphasis animation
- Exit animation
You can also add a pause between each element.
Select the element you wish to animate and select the Animation tab. The animation options will appear in the right-hand panel.
Set how you want your elements to animate as they enter the canvas. You can also set the duration for this animation. For the Hand Draw and Pen Draw options, you can also select which hand to use. For the Move In and Bounce In options, you can select which direction your elements enter from.
Top tip: The default animate option is ‘Hand Draw’ for entrance animations.
If you want to set the default hand or pen option for all new elements, use the default hand button on the top menu bar.
Set how you want your elements to animate once they are on the canvas. Emphasis animations are optional. You can also set the duration for this animation, and loop. Loops are the number of times the element animates within the set duration.
Set how you want your elements to animate when they exit the canvas. Exit animations are optional. You can set the duration for this animation.
Pause before next animation
You can add a pause before the next element starts to animate. This pause will always happen after the current element’s animation ends and before the next element's animation starts.
Remember to use the ‘Play from element’ button to see the applied animation in action!
